For Sarcoidosis
At the time Jack was a strapping 31 year old. In “what seemed to be” excellent health until a few swollen lymph nodes under his neck wouldn’t go away. He spent the last 15 years logging, climbing trees, riding motorcycles, rafting… living life. He looked healthy, excersized, smiled a ton and was anything but sick, or so we thought. “Looks aren’t everything” started to have an entirely new meaning for us. want to know if you had to change your eating habits to in order to control the sarcoidosis. Do I stop the predisone before I take the supplements.
Hi Barbara, never stop taking any meds without consulting your Dr. especially corticosteroids. As for Jack he had weaned himself off prednisone over a 6 month period and was not taking any medications for another 6 months before he started taking Fucoydon and Spectramaxx. We eat rather healthy. There are no fast food restaurants where we live and I cook from scratch so as far as diet goes he was eating fruits, veggies, little dairy, little meat and drinking lots of water every day. The 7 steps to optimal health really lays out what he was doing on a daily basis when he added a 1/2oz. of Fucoydon and Spectramaxx to his usual regimen.
Many people have a hard time believing that 1/2 oz. of 2 liquid supplements was powerful enough for him to start feeling results in just a few months but 2 aspirin help a headache! When the dose is therapeutic it makes all the difference. When SISEL came out with Eternity about 3 months later, Jack added that at 1/2oz a day as well.
