Are you addicted to sugar?  Do you constantly crave sweets?  Do you think it is possible to actually stop craving sugar forever with a healthy detox?

21 day sugar detoxOk, you all know that I am a total foodie!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE cooking real food for real people.  It was my favorite thing to get people at our restaurant to try some food they had never eaten in their lives and see the bliss on their faces as they enjoyed the decadence of heirloom tomatoes, baked pesto polenta or almond crusted wild sockeye Salmon in a lemon dill cream sauce…mmm, is your mouth watering? You also know that I am a HUGE believer in nutritional supplements and have witnessed many people stop craving sugar when they simply start supplementing.  But, what many people may not know is that dark chocolate is my vise & even though I supplement I can’t stop craving sugar!

how to beat sugar cravingsWhat I love most about this 21 day sugar detox is that it offers levels.  You see I am a big fan of giving people options.  Most of us will not take our health into our own hands because we feel like we have to give up everything, go cold turkey, etc etc and we are afraid we do not have the will power to succeed so we never start in the first place.  BUT, if we have options that help us take it one step at a time we are much more willing to try and that’s exactly what this Stop Craving Sugar Detox offers – options.  Which, in my opinion, increases success and that’s what we all want!

The recipes are excellent and follow the paleo diet which I am also a big fan of.  You will not find any grains, dairy, soy, or sugar (besides fresh fruit) in any of the recipes.  For those who are culinary challenged, they are yummy and simple to prepare.
