Calderas – Dani’s family owned restaurant
In the past 5 yrs the restaurant has succeeded, serving seasonal produce from our own garden, everything hand cut and homemade! But this last Summer (2010) was disturbing & added to my passion for wellness. As 100’s of people opened, read the all ready healthy menu & informed me of their MULTIPLE food allergies I realized we are in desperate need for a wellness revolution. It is time to educate people on how they got sick to help them get better. That is what this blog, my book (in process of writing), the radio talk show & our Wellness Revolution movement is all about!
Calderas is my Mother’s creation. I, Dani, tell people that she created it and I get to keep it breathing! I am honored to be able to serve people healthy REAL food, made from scratch with an extra dose of love!
Every chance I get to share with people the importance of nutrition, is a blessing and at Calderas we serve heirloom organic produce grown in our very own garden!
We LOVE the people of Wallowa County & after 28 years of living here created a place as beautiful as the 
scenery we live in.
