My Cleanse With Food
I started my 30 day cleanse with food on August 30th! Looking forward to “food freedom” on Oct. 1. I will be in Vegas listening to a lecture Dr. Esposito about the “7 Deadly Sins Of Nutrition” & can eat what I want again! Yet, after listening to him I may no longer want to. If anyone wants to join me in Vegas, let me know there is still time to register.

30 Day Cleanse With Food
Here is exactly what I am doing for the next 30 days to cleanse my GI tract, boost my energy & clarity, improve skin tone, release & flush toxins, lose a few pounds, boost my immune system, etc.
Note: Every morning I take a 1/2 oz. of Fucoydon & Spectramaxx, take pro-biotic & omegas– I do this every day anyway whether on a cleanse or not but it is VERY important to supplement with pro-biotic and a vitamin/mineral complex like Spectramaxx while cleansing to be sure and replace any lost nutrients. All of these supplements are derived from whole foods with the ability to restore & regenerate health on a cellular level – where ALL disease begins.
Cleanse With Food Days 1, 2 & 3:
1. Morning: 30 minutes before you start your juice take 1 TBSP of Flax or Fennel Seed powder w/ 8 oz. water. After this drink a hot cup of water to get things moving.
2. Using a Champion juicer (you can use other brands) I juice 1 quart of Apples & Lemons – about 6 small apples per lemon. Drink this over the next 4 hours along with 4+ cups of water at room temperature.
Note: Using Organically grown produce is a must to avoid the pesticides etc. To add more toxins to your body while it is trying to eliminate all ready stored toxins is NOT the goal.
Water intake is key to cleansing & will keep you from feeling sick as the toxins are eliminated. The goal with this cleanse is that you are drinking 1 oz. per pound daily along with the 8 cups of juice. So if you weigh 150 lbs. you should be drinking 150 oz. of water daily for the first 3 days. Yes, you will be using the bathroom more regularly – signs that the cleanse is actually CLEANSING!

3. Then juice 1 quart of carrots and beets and drink for the next 4 hours with another 4+ cups of room temp. water. Continue this regimen for 3 days & be sure to at least (and I mean at the very least) take pro-biotic, iron & vitamin B complex every day if you are not going to use Spectramaxx.
Cleanse With Food Day 4, 5 & 6
Repeat all the steps above but for the next 3 days you can add some veggies & on day 6 you get fruit!
Day 4: You can have 1 helping of any sauteed vegetables you like. Partially saute them in a little olive oil for only a few minutes to retain the live enzymes & enjoy chewing food again!
Day 5: Add another helping of partially sauteed veggies to your regimen of supplements, flax, juice & water.
Day 6: Exactly the same as day 5 but add fruit to your day! Pick a fruit any fruit: bananas, mangos, oranges and eat a couple troughout the day.
Cleanse With Food Days 7-30
Ok, this is what I am doing for days 7 – 30 to continue slowly cleansing my GI, lymph, blood, lungs, skin etc.
Of course I am continuing to take all the supplements mentioned above along with a TBSP of Flax every morning.
1. Juice and drink 1 quart of apples, lemons & carrots every day.
2. Drink 1/2 oz. of water at room temp. per pound I weigh, daily. We all should be doing this every day anyway. If you drink coffee, soda etc. – add a glass of water for every glass of these dehydrating beverages.
3. Eat all the organic raw fruits and vegetables I want as well as legumes, nuts & whole grains like barley, oats, quinoa, brown rice, etc. Once a week I will have a serving of wild fish.
Cleanse with food fast: For 30 days you can NOT have any processed foods, meat or dairy (other than fish 1x a week), no processed sugars etc., sodas etc.
This is a huge commitment but well worth it. Even if you are not looking to stick to a 30 day regimen the 6 day Juice cleanse is excellent just please know that you must replenish lost nutrients during any cleanse so be sure to plan ahead and take at least a probiotic, iron, vit B complex during your cleanse.
