Starting A Healthy Lifestyle

Why Starting A Healthy Lifestyle Is Important:

start healthyAfter years of research, interviews, speeches, seminars, classes etc.  I feel that starting a healthy lifestyle is a path less traveled.  There are more than 80,000 reasons for starting a healthy lifestyle and living by example in hopes to inspire others to do the same.  Our future generations depend on us to make a healthy lifestyle, important.

I always say, “Wellness is the connection of paths between knowledge & action!” When my husband was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis we researched, gained knowledge and started acting on that information to help him heal as well as rebuild due to the financial strain this disease put on our family.

3 Simple Steps To Starting A Healthy Lifestyle:

Starting a healthy lifestyle begins in your kitchen & ends in your bathroom.  Just keep reading, it is not what you think!

1.  Freshen your fridge:  More raw, greans, veggies – less processed foods. Go for honey or raw sugar instead of HFCS & aspartame.   Think of yourself as the consumer you are and realize what you consume matters.  Imagine what impact communities could make if everyone stopped buying Twinkies, Oreos & Coke? Read the book The Wellness Revolution by Paul Zane Pilzer – you will be informed, empowered & appalled!

2.  Supplement with Super-Saturates: As Linus Pauling stated: “Every disease & ailment can be traced to mineral deficiency.”  If you supplement your diet, consider using liquid nutrition packed with chelated fulvates, bio-available nutrients, essential minerals etc. This ensures the vitamins and minerals you take, as well as those you eat are assimilated into each and every cell of your body, keeping you healthy.

3.  Brighten you Bathroom: The most toxic place in your home it your bathroom.  “We look good, we smell good, and we have just exposed ourselves to 200 different chemicals a day through cosmetics.” …U.S. News & World Report

How about Crest, Suave & Tide, even Tom’s Of Maine?  The toxins in these personal care products are alarming.  The Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in toothpaste, shampoo, face wash, detergents, baby lotions etc causes eye damage, skin irritation and more.

Ok, so you have started eating healthier, “greened” up your bathroom & maybe even changed or added a few supplements…now what?  First of all, THANK YOU!

Starting a healthy lifestyle is great but living a healthy lifestyle will change the future.  This is a…LIFE style.  One small improvement daily will lead to more and more health for you, your family & future generations.  Science is now researching the effect one nutrient you take has on your grandchildren’s, children…continue to live healthy, our future depends on it.
