Studies show that people on an average American diet have 8 meals decaying in their colon. Maybe this is where the saying “You’re full of crap!” came from? The average American diet consists of high carb, low fiber, highly processed foods that do not aid in proper digestion thus causing constipation, headaches, toxicity, low energy & more. When these symptoms go ignored they commonly lead to chronic disease.
Naturopathic physician, Dr. Richard Powell shares how important it is to properly cleanse your GI tract. Listen to the show and see if you may be…you know, full of crap and if you are, what you can and should do about it. Learn steps to take to perform a cleanse, the supplements & the regimen in which you will get the most benefit.
You guessed it, 2 days ago Jack and I started our cleanse. Look forward to the youtube videos that “journal” my cleansing experience over the next 30 days.
I can say that after two days of having nothing but water & fresh juices apples, carrots and lemons I am feeling extremely excellent & I’m not “full of crap” when I say that, I really mean it. I feel much more clarity and energy which is never a bad thing.
The toughest challenge is Calderas. It is self induced torture to enter the restaurant, see all the home made food (that I know is good for me) and not be able to eat any of it! Like I told Jack “All I CAN think about is everything I CAN’T have.”
We’ll see what tomorrow brings!
